Hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very spacious but the hotel is lacking in amenities. There is only 1 coffee machine located at Reception which is a little discomforting when you just want a morning coffee in your pyjamas. Location is very good but could use maybe a spa or better coffee/lounging areas.

Great location super close to the amazing shops and market street. Also very close to two stations for the tube and plenty of buses. The rooms were quite big which was nice to have space for all our shopping. Only thing missing was a nice communal seating area (especially when travelling as a family in different rooms/floors so we can meet somewhere together for coffee etc) and onsen or spa and no laundry room but other than that great hotel.

We had a great stay overall. The staff was very helpful and always friendly whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was definitely worth it for the week — it was a great way to start each day with a good meal before heading out. The room also had enough space for a couple and felt comfortable throughout our stay. Would stay again!

At first there was a mix up with my reservation but the staff were quick to react and switched to my booked accommodation.
The staff were extremely friendly and the location was excellent with a 24 hour grocery store and close access to the subway and a 15ish walk to dontonburi
