Stayed here several times—great location with easy MRT access from the airport and close to major shopping centers. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast offers a good variety. Consistently reliable stay.

Staff are responsive. I called to lend ironing board and to get water. The staff delivered very quickly. Cleaning is well done. The only downside is the lift waiting time is long. But we managed to walk down via staircase. So, still manageable. The area is well suited for shopping. Feel safe to walk around at night. Breakfast is also nice. Not too crowded. I used the gym and is well maintained. Happy to stay again.

Samostatný pobyt

The staff was beyond nice and helpful but just wasn't too impressed with the hotel. Very small lobby, no room service and a 1000-baht taxi fee to the airport. Would not stay here again, but again, the staff was very professional and nice.

I always stay at this hotel everytime I go Bangkok. Everything is good except one of the dryer in public laundry broke down. Breakfast was a great improvement compared to the last few stayed. Staff are more helpful and polite. Feel great overall this time. Will book again for my next trip.
