I recently stayed at NH Pisa and, while it technically qualifies as a four-star hotel, it feels like it's at the very bottom end of that category. The biggest issues were cleanliness and overall upkeep. There was mold in the bathroom, and the hallways had a noticeable unpleasant odor. The room itself was functional, but many of the amenities and finishes felt dated and below what I would expect from a four-star property. The mattress was overly springy and not particularly comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Even something as simple as the pillows felt inadequate, both in quantity and size. I was also disappointed by the service. The front desk staff and door attendant were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay, which left a poor impression. Additionally, travelers arriving late should be aware that the hotel does not offer any airport shuttle or transportation service. My flight landed shortly after midnight, and I ended up walking roughly two kilometers to the hotel in the summer heat. That said, not everything was negative. The air conditioning also worked exceptionally well, which was a major plus given the extremely hot weather during my visit. Overall, NH Pisa is convenient for rail travelers and has effective air conditioning, but the cleanliness concerns, uncomfortable bedding, lackluster amenities, and poor customer service make it difficult for me to recommend as a true four-star hotel experience.

The property is in a great location, across the road from the train station and 5 minutes (in a taxi) to the airport. Approx 20 mins walk to the tower, through the shopping centre with lots of great restaurants to choose from. Good sized room and very clean - would recommend. Marked as a 4 rather than 5 as the air conditioning wasn’t working during our visit.

We were only here for a short time but it was exactly what we needed - super convenient to get to from Pisa airport via the station, and an easy walk to the sights in the morning. Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location!! Lovely hotel.

The room was amazing , clean and new , we had a triple room as we had our 12 yr old grandson with us, it was so well thought out, meaning he could have space to himself, and his own tv. Which had movies in English once you changed the language settings. You literally came out of the station and a 3 min walk to the hotel… then it was only about 20 mins to the tower and other sights

Basic room but although old it was relatively clean. Breakfast was disappointing as we were there just after it opened at 7am yet good had already run out. Great location and right across from the station. Good walk to shopping part and leaning tower.
