Easy online check in process. The location is in a perfect location to see the city by foot. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the size of the apartment was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this was terrible - I stayed less than an hour while finding another hotel. Check in was so unnecessarily complicated, done over email, I had to send a selfie posing with my ID (so unprofessional and humiliating), then then sent me the wrong code for my unit so I had to go back downstairs. FULL of constriction workers (men) crowding and taking over every floor, every elevator , the outside of the building, reception. Totally swarmed. Felt so uncomfortable being surrounded by them and in the elevator as a solo female traveller. Not relaxing at all, lots of construction noise; the whole building is a building site. Chest of drawers in the room was covered in dust. 0/10, would highly recommend avoiding at all costs, it shouldn’t be open while they do renovations and they certainly need to improve their customer experience from pre arrival to check in.

Great spot to be able to visit all of the cbd and Fitzroy/collingwood! Close to some of the best bars and great amenities. Even though the hotel is still under renovation, the rooms were extremely clean

Amazing view and great stay for sure! However not sure if the room was renovated as I could hear noises coming through the window although it qas fully closed. Two steps down to the lift is not handy when you have luggage bags. Would love to come back when renovations donw.

My stay was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is well-equipped and clean. The only thing is that the studio description mentioned a bathtub, but there was only a shower.
