Clean room, awesome breakfast, great food and drinks at the bar. Only negative experience was 1 elevator was out of order, during the World Cup. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great! Staff were happy and welcoming! Rooms were clean. Did not use pool or hot tub. Enjoyed our stay and will book again!

What we liked: Staff are helpful, respectful, personable and fantastic . Breakfast is quite good. Rooms are large and confortable. What we did not like: The building inside and out is dated. Decor is predictable and tired. No soap for dishwasher. Ice maker in our refrigerator did not work. Thermostats don’t control temperature, only fan speed. Garage is terrible.

The hotel, service and installations were as expected. The parking lot was limited but we managed. The huge surprise, was the fact that the parking cost had a 25% added cost to what was published and/or disclosed on my reservation's fine print, This is totally unacceptable. I believe when the charge will be in the range of +25% which needless to say is a lot, this must be also disclosed before the reservation is completed and not upon arrival.
