I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Castel Hörtenberg in Bolzano. The location is truly perfect—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short walk to the heart of the city, making it ideal for exploring while still feeling like a private retreat. The entire hotel is immaculate. Every space, from the rooms to the common areas, is spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating—always going above and beyond to ensure every detail of your stay is perfect. This property is absolutely amazing! It is beautifully appointed & within walking distance to everything in Bolzano. The staff is what really elevates this property, as they go above and beyond to make sure everything is as expected! Davide & Ryan take exceptional pride in their roles and their level of service is unparalleled!

Absolutely perfect every detail was perfect staff so accommodating Ryan our bartender was exceptional!! Perfect location easy parking. Could not ask for anything better
