Good breakfast, buffet style for cold items and made to order hot items. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Especially Guadalupe at check in and Marta at the restaurant.

We had the most amazing stay in the most beautiful room. Choosing The Level was a treat and well worth it. The special treatment from the check in staff was incredible. All the staff were so professional and friendly. It made for a truly relaxing break and we look forward to returning next year.

Superb hotel with lovely pool. Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. I didn’t get the room I thought I’d booked (which had a balcony) as per the Hotels.com misleading pictures but that wasn’t the Amelia’s fault. It’s worth paying extra for The Level.
