The motel is in a horrible part of SF. It was gated and locked up tight. I was not able to get a hold of anyone. They should not even be allowed to list on Expedia. And shame on Expedia for not vetting this place and making sure the listing was an actual working motel. I have been charged for it and plan on trying to get my money back. I hope Expedia will refund me.

It’s a Motel 6. At least the bed was comfortable

It’s a good place to stay if you’re homeless the manager was very respectful and nice and he was the best part of the hotel. The hotel was a travesty.

Rooms are extremely small, no AC in any rooms. Unfriendly cancellation policy and they do not stand by their words

This place is in a bad neighborhood -- I stayed two nights and I heard gunshots the second evening, in bed falling asleep, followed by a police siren. Homeless / junkies are everywhere. No one bothered me and I felt safe, but it's not pleasant. Check-in is not until 4 -- endless when your flight lands at 6:30 am. They stored my luggage in the building next door, under construction. Despite having all day to get the room ready, the toilet was unflushed and a bit dirty, there was hair on a towel and in the tub, which was peeling -- enough that piece would get stuck in the drain while I was showering. Water pressure wasn't great, and I couldn't figure out how to work the shower, enough that I put on clothes and asked the manager to show me. Who stepped all over the clean bath mat I just put down with his dirty shoes. There were also some sort of flies in my room and a bug in the bathroom. The elevator is original -- possibly over 100 years old -- which is charming but difficult to use, as you have a heavy metal gate to close before the elevator door will shut. I had to get assistance with my luggage. The light for the 6th floor button in the elevator doesn't work, either. Pluses: there are a lot of TV channels and the TV is big, if that's your thing; the towels were fluffier than you might expect, and the bed was comfortable. However, the awful location and state of the room made me regret the booking, and they only gave me $60 for my complaints! Do not stay here.

This place seems scary if your not used to being in the city and who knows, maybe it is. I'm not of that life. My brother and I had no issues the few days we were there though. It a very conveniently placed motel being close to a lot. The place was definitely aged and could use some upgrades, but seemed very clean. The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable for a motel. Probably the best part.

There were roaches in the room, smelled like cigarettes, dirty towels, dirty /stained blankets, dirty/ stained pillows. The pictures on Expedia don’t reflect how the motel actually looks.

Rough neighborhood i would say. Should have done my research. You get what you paid for. Its a run down property. AC doesn't work properly.
