The property was beautiful. The location perfect. Our only issue was our air conditioning did not work. Paris was experiencing unusually warm weather (100 degrees) so it was needed. After repair failed we did get a different room. The staff was very helpful and attentive throughout.

Was not able to check in until 8:30pm, staff unhelpful, lounge too hot to use.

Our honeymoon stay at the Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, celebrated, and genuinely cared for. The hotel perfectly captures the elegance and romance of Paris while still feeling warm and comfortable. The location could not have been better — walking distance to incredible cafés, shopping, beautiful architecture, and so many iconic Paris experiences. After long days exploring the city, coming back to the hotel felt like coming home. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet, with amazing attention to detail. Every interaction with the staff was exceptional — friendly, professional, and always willing to help make our honeymoon special. This hotel became such an important part of our Paris memories, and we truly cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you for helping make one of the most meaningful trips of our lives so perfect. We will absolutely be back someday.

Phenomenal breakfast buffet and excellent staff! Hotel was central.

I visited Paris for the first time in January 2026 and stayed two weeks at the Marriott Paris Opera Ambassador Hotel. My sister and I chose it for its location, quality, and value, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. I would gladly return on my next trip. While many reviewers mention the excellent location for shopping, sightseeing, and dining, what impressed me most was the outstanding service. The front desk team provided a warm and efficient check‑in, and housekeeping was consistently thorough, even in areas often overlooked. I have high standards for cleanliness, and I appreciated seeing that furniture was moved to clean behind it. My greatest thanks go to the staff at SIXTINE. They created a welcoming, home‑like atmosphere every morning. Linh and Sawan were especially attentive and kind during breakfast. Linh prepared a cup of hot milk for me each day, just as I drink at home, and Sawan always checked in to see how he could help. The comfortable environment and high‑quality breakfast made me choose to dine there every morning. The only improvement I would suggest is more consistent control of the shower water temperature.

I booked three nights for my mom who had three heart attacks and is recovering. As we were getting ready to leave, she had a very strong cold and the doctor recommended we do not travel for at least a few months. Yes, it was a non refundable fare, but I did secure a letter from her cardiologist and Expedia called to ask to refund or change the dates. They absolutely refused in the must rude manner. We had three rooms, it was a LOT of money for us, but I guess that manners are not in the menu at this location. I am a Bonvoy Titanium Elite , but even if I was not, they could have been more courteous and decent. Very sad that the Marriott brand has come to this. Unforgivable. It was my mom's wish to visit the museums, her illness and your rudeness made it a very sad Christmas.

Menu could have been more extensive

The staff is wonderful, the service is excellent, and the hotel's location is superb.

We could hear people next door come in late that night the banging of luggage. also heard their conversation through the vent system that went on for at least 1 1/2 hours. Complained to the front desk i didn't hear any improvement. I forgot to put the dnd on the door and was interrupted twice. the first time the maid should have put the dnd on the door which they did not do. It was all a series of bad things you don't want to have happen when you had a long plane ride into the city. I stayed at this hotel before and don't remember having these issues. I had booked my stay for 2 nights but stayed only one night. the elevators are very slow. It was just not the place it used to be. I complained to the front desk and explained why i was leaving early but they didn't offer any compensation for my frustrating experience.
