Hotel pas pratique si vous voyager en famille. Air de douche et porte de toilette vitrée qui fait en sorte qu’il n’y a aucune intimité. Je ne recommande pas du tout en famille ou amis.

Excellent location. Everything nearby

Great place near the "gardens" lots of food choices nearby. Many tours start close to the hotel. Easy walking all over town and near the train. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic place

Great location in Salzburg. Parking was a issue as the area is very busy and parking iz two blocks away. Hotel offered discount but no help in parking car.

Great place, staff was so helpful, people have not been the most friendly on our EU trip. First place where we had very friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel right in the heart of Salzburg with my wife, our three kids, and me. I had accidentally booked a room for only 2 people instead of 5. Upon arrival, the front desk explained the original room was suitable for two guests only. After some discussion, the manager kindly upgraded us to a brand new family room at no extra cost. This generous gesture was amazing and made our stay comfortable right away. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The real highlight was during checkout. I had parked in a public lot a block away and asked for validation. The woman at the desk looked concerned and warned that it was a holiday with a market, so cars there are often towed. With three tired kids, we felt stressed. She was incredibly kind and quickly got staff ready to help us find the tow yard. I ran to check first and was hugely relieved — our car was the only one left and hadn’t been towed! I returned to tell her, and the whole team shared our relief with genuine smiles. Their caring attitude made us feel truly supported. The location is unbeatable, perfectly central for walking to all attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience overall and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg. Exceptional hospitality! Rating: 5/5 Stars

GREAT location..however when we were there the city was doing major construction right next to the Hotel and our room was on the first floor on the corner of the two streets where the construction was....they were even jack hammering at 8am on Sunday morning! The hotel should have moved us to a higher floor or another location..we had a suite so it wasn't a matter of needing an upgrade. The staff were average. The room was sparkling clean. Beds very good. They should consider getting room darkening curtains. Never ate there so cannot speak to that.

Great stay.

The location is the best! Close to everything. We liked the hotel but there is carpet which was fine but the heat/cooling system was older but sufficient. The shower head was the best, full on hot water which I appreciated after a long day walking all over. Location, location, location!

Convenient spot in town. The hotel was undergoing construction and renovations for the dining area. I don’t recall getting notified of this so that was a bit annoying but all good. Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff was helpful.
