Excellent location to Tokyo Station. The only thing i didn’t like was the size of the room and bathroom. I booked for 4 people and they gave us a room with 3 twin beds. Poor daughter decided to sleep on the ground. The staff did provide us with extra bedding. I stayed at the Liber in Osaka and was provided with 4 twin beds completely different from here. They did have welcome drinks and ice cream after 4 which was nice. pricing for hotel pricey but it’s the location

The room and bathroom were small, but the hotel is very conveniently located near Tokyo Station and the staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. Housecleaning and rooms were impeccably clean.

Room is extremely clean but small. Great location as it's near train station and the main shopping district of Ginza. Staff is extremely helpful. There is a lady at the front desk (I forgot to ask her name) who helped me called my airport hotel to tell them that I will be extremely late for check in. She even helped me to weigh my luggages to confirmed that my bags are not over weight. I really appreciate her out of the normal duties to assist me. Additionally I want to give her a thumbs up that she speaks perfect English.
