Pod priemerom The front desk worker at check-in was rude and condescending when I reported the heat wasn’t working, implying I didn’t know how to use the thermostat, then turning it on remotely since it’s controlled from the front desk. The staff at checkout was much nicer and helpful. The room also had no hot water, which they blamed on a city issue, even though a sign said it had been going on for over two weeks. I wish I had known this before booking.

it was a great place to stay. the only thing is that the rooms were a bit small so not as comfortable. but location was great. some of the staff were so friendly and nice. but one guy was a bit mean at the beginning.. they do charge for coffee and drink but only 2 euros. they do hold your luggage which was great.
