I have stayed in Four Points by Sheraton around China, and for me this hotel was without doubt BEST one among all other places, in terms of that all the staff was very kind and likable, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and if I come back to Xian I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Xi’an. Les équipements et l’état général est satisfaisant et le petit déjeuner est convenable. Si le personnel d’étage et celui du service est adorable il en va pas de même pour l’administratif, le est d’une lenteur et d’une incompétence notoire.

Great location and perfect for those travelling to Xi’an the first time. It was close to the Muslim Quarter and in great distance within a metro station. There is plenty of places to look near the hotel. The staff were very helpful and I really enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely go back on my next visit

The hotel is centrally located. It has all the amenities and class that you would expect from a Sheraton property. The staff are polite, attentive and efficient. Breakfast is excellent! And you can’t beat the location!

Great two nights stay. Nice new hotel. Staff are excellent. Great location, very close to drum tower, bell tower, muslim quarter, ancient city wall.

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to make our stay great. Especially Jennifer Zhang and Mandy Wang. The way they helped me I assumed they were managers. But, found out they are not, but they sure should be.
