The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out.

First off the view from the place and our room was AMAZING — best views across Sapa for sure!!! The compound was big and there was lots to explore / multiple viewpoints. They also grow their own veggies on site. The room was clean and host was fantastic!!! He made sure we had everything we needed at all times!! And the attached restaurant serves everything fresh — they usually require pre-order for breakfast so that they can prepare and buy the freshest ingredients. They also have SUPER CUTE dog and cats. I loved our time there so much it was the favourite part of our Sapa trip!!!

Lovely room, very attentive staff that helped us when we lost some luggage. Very out the way of the main town, around a 20 minute drive down poorly maintained roads/dirt track. Beautiful view and room. Unfortunately hot water didn’t work properly for bath, even after informing staff. Cute cats and dog

Great room with absolute stunning view, staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent place to chill. Avoid ‘tour’offered by hotel and get a grab to local village Ta Van, a rip off.
