Fantastické The room was clean, it is well located and close to public transportation. There is a shared kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, hot water kettle and cooktop. There is no one at the reception, instructions were sent via whatsApp to self check-in, but the staff is very responsive. I enjoyed my stay there.

Skvelé It was about a 15-20min walk from the train station. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The area seemed safe with great access to the public transportation system. The room was clean.

The guesthouse was a 5th floor walkup. Fortunately there was an elevator, a tiny old style where one opens and closes the doors manually. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. The only issue was with the shower. It leaks somewhere around the fixed panel, the balance between hot and cold is a fine line and one day there was no hot water.

Fantastické Giulio was responsive to every question. Very attentive. This is like an air bnb situation but Italy style. Older building but it does have a tiny elevator which is helpful to get to the 5th floor. We had two carry on type pieces of luggage that fit together with us inside. You do have to walk up one flight of stairs. Basic room with a small safe but everything was clean. Also has A/C which is a bonus. Many great restaurants in walking distance….like amazing restaurants! It’s one stop on the metro from Rome Termini and a 5-7 minute walk.

Fantastické Host was excellent. Arranged our pickup at the airport and our drop off at the cruise terminal two days later. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Rome. Location is excellent, walking distance to Colosseum in mintes plus other local tourist distinations.
