The apartment is well located and is nice but the lack of cleanliness, no attention to anything makes it a bad experience. We were out of light for hours and no one to help. The apartament was dirty, had no soap, hair and nails on the couches, dirty dishes, water comes poorly out of the faucet, no batteries on the controls for the air conditioning, dirty floors... At check-in there was another couple and their room wasn't even made!. No help!! Bad response with no intention to help and they just request pictures by mail but do nothing to fix, clean or help.

We stayed for 6 days, there was no housekeeping to change towels or sheets. The floors needed a sweeping but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms. Our unit had a washing machine but no dryer. The list of amenities say there is an espresso machine but there was only a kettle. Only hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathroom, no other toiletries. The front staff only spoke Italian and the online contact did not provide any assistance after several emails asking for a laundry location.
