I had a very pleasant stay at **Holiday Inn Express Shanghai**. The hotel is conveniently located close to **The Bund** and **Nanjing Road**, making it an excellent choice for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the **complimentary 24-hour coffee service**. Being situated in a busy shopping area, everything was within easy walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions.
The breakfast was good, offering a nice selection of food to start the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, this is a nice hotel that offers good value and a convenient location. I would recommend it to other travelers visiting Shanghai.

This hotel has the best location because it is walking distance (10 - 15 min) to Bund and Yu Garden. Plus it is 5 minutes from Shanghai's awesome metro station. We stayed for 9 nights and being able to walk to Yu Garden at night for festive lights was great (and we had a wheelchair). The full hot breakfast was great and had something for everybody's appetite. The staff were very English friendly and helpful especially Peter Hu who helped us figure out metro and where to buy certain things. The cleaning staff were very meticulous about cleaning, mopping, sweeping. Be aware that if you take Didi that they let you off not exactly at the entrance because the lobby is at the corner of Renmin Road. Otherwise, only other things is that there are no clothes storage drawers, room to room phones, and business center. Kids loved the room service robot. Would stay again!

Excellent location next to metro and walking distance to prime areas. Room was very comfortable and spacious, water bottles provided in room everyday, good aircon, breakfast was good with variety of western and Asian. Also had free diy laundry with both washer and dryer availability and free detergent. I would definitely book again when visiting Shanghai again.

This hotel has the best location - right across from Yuyuan gate, a minute walk to Yuyuan subway station line 14 and line 10, a short walk to the bund! Free breakfast (traditional Chinese and Western), free laundry, free water bottles! Rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff is super nice. There are so many great things to say about this place!
