Me encanto, las instalaciones me senti muy comodo en mi habitación, el baño tenia todo lo suficiente para mi higiene, las sabanas siempre limpias con un aroma que se siente como casa y la televisión me encanto y su alberca y las chicas que atendieron muy gentiles y amables junto con ada me encantó todo, sin duda alguna regresare a vilon hotel

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. While the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my visit, I encountered a few issues with the room facilities. The shower area was extremely small (less than 1 square meter), which made it very uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the bed was quite small and did not meet the standard dimensions typically expected. I hope this feedback helps you improve the guest experience, as the excellent service provided by your staff was the highlight of my stay.

Tuve una excelente estadía! Desde la llegada hasta la salida me sentí muy bien atendida. Llegué muy temprano y aunque no se podía hacer check in porque estaba lleno me ofrecieron un agradable espacio cerca del gimnasio para poder refrescarme. Pude dejar mi equipaje y empezar a explorar la ciudad. La habitación era espaciosa y moderna, la cama muy cómoda y un baño amplio. Tenían clase de yoga el miércoles y siempre atendieron mis solicitudes. Aunque no tuve tiempo de usar la piscina si subí a verla y me encantó el espacio. Está muy bien ubicado de muchos sitios de interés. Recomiendo mucho este hotel ♥️

The breakfast is provided in collaboration with a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows as well. However, it is difficult to sleep when there is extremely loud music coming from that restaurant next to the hotel at 2 AM. When we spoke with the reception at 2 AM, we were told they would talk to the restaurant, but that it was beyond their control. When there is noise at 2 AM that prevents hotel guests from sleeping, the hotel should handle it, and if they cannot, they should involve the police. Guests from a foreign country should not have to deal with the police in a language they do not speak just to be able to sleep at 2 AM. This loud music occurred on two consecutive nights. The shower in the room is indeed very small, as mentioned in other reviews, extremely minimal. Aside from Pablo, the reception staff were not friendly.

Poor

The Hotel is OK, staff extremely friendly, very clean. Rooms are fine, the shower is small. There is no lobby or wherever to sit at the reception.

The hotels is a new building, staff is professional and the area is safe close to shops and restaurants.
