Room a bit small, but the hotel is in a great location, everything is within walking distance. The reception and dining room staff including the chef are simply wonderful. They did everything to make us feel good.

The hotel was beautiful! Right in the heart of the city. Extremely clean and the staff were so kind. The room itself even with paying for an upgraded one was super small. I was solo traveling and could not imagine having 2 people in that room. However the bed, pillows, bathroom and patio were amazing! My only down side was the small room but other than that, perfect!

An almost perfect stay in Thessaloniki! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, the facilities are modern, and the entire place felt spotlessly clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the excellent shower (water pressure is important:) and the high standard of service from the friendly staff. The only area for improvement would be the vegan breakfast options. Currently, the choices are mostly limited to toast and fruit. Since finding vegan variety in Thessaloniki can be a challenge, having some protein-based options (like tofu, legumes, or plant-based yogurt) would truly make this hotel perfect. Aside from that, everything was flawless. I would definitely love to stay here again!
