We reizen met 2 pubers en daarom had ik om 2 kamers gevraagd. De verbazing was super toen bleek dat we een compleet appartement kregen. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 1 grote keuken ( met wasmachine) en grote woonkamer. Klein balkon met uitzicht op het centrale park.
Ongekend hoe mooi en top het ontbijt was.
Gunstige ligging en zeer lieve mensen als personeel.

We could not fault our stay here. All the staff are amazing (could I make special mention of Tamara who went above and beyond). Our apartment was wonderful, new, very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The WiFi didn't miss a beat.
The rain maker shower was amazing and everything worked. It has a washing machine, small cooktop and microwave oven. The buffet breakfast has plenty of variety (local food) of good quality and service, and great coffee.
Just a short walk away is "Eat Street" where you can find all sorts of food - noodles, rice, sate, seafood, and a beer too!
The Ascott runs a complimentary shuttle to Sarinah nearby. There is an infinity pool on the 27th floor with a bird's eye view of MONAS. Spectacular on a clear night.
We highly recommend this place.

部屋にキッチン（清潔）洗濯乾燥機（使い方がよくわからなかったが、聞いて慣れれば簡単）もあり、便利です。
フロント、ルームサービス、どのスタッフもとても親切で不快なことが何もなかったです。
朝食も２人で日本円で3600円もしなかった（メール登録の20パ―オフもあり）ので、大満足です。

Hotel is a good value and good location, very close to the Monas (national monument), although the check-in staff was surprised when I said I wanted to walk there (it was an easy 15 minute walk). Very attentive and helpful about getting me on my way to the airport in in the early morning.
Only negative experience was at the restaurant, I wanted to have dinner there but the entire inside was booked for a private event and some of the staff was not friendly when I tried go in. Finally I got an outside table with a friendly server so it was ok, but again they were confused when I tried to go back in to pay.
(The adhan is very loud from the mosque across the street, but that is part of the local atmosphere.)
However generally a good location and I would stay there again.

Skvelé The building is new and the rooms are great, staff friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately the noise from the 3 or 4 local mosques is very loud. This would put me off from staying again, I don’t want to be awaken at 5 am.
The building needed better insulation glass.

My friends and I had initially booked another hotel which was sub par so we had to find a hotel last minute and we were able to book Ascott Mentang. It was perfect. Everything from check in to check out was met with incredible service and friendly staff. I booked two rooms but accidentally booked one at another Ascott. They took care of canceling the other booking and giving me another room in their hotel. The room service was prompt and delicious and when we checked out they gave us snacks for the plane. There is absolutely no reason to stay anywhere else in Jakarta. I love this hotel and their staff. Plus the rooms were wonderful, large, clean and plenty or amenities including a small kitchenette. Wifi always on and fast. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I will definitely be back.
