There was a freaking mouse that entered my freaking room! Twice! Had to go down to the counter myself and asked for towels to close the door gap so that it won’t enter. And hospitals are far i mind you if you got bitten.

We have 4 ppl and check in at night time, we booked Quad room for 4 pax, suddenly they give us double room for 2 pax....saying that Quad room customer refuse to check out. This is first time I get a ridiculous answer from reception upon check in.Argue with reception also useless.... At the end, two of my friends need to pay extra money to book another room at other hotel. This hotel never give refund or compensation to us regarding this matter. It's really SPEECHLESS........
