A pretty decent location. Nothing notably bad. It was difficult to get my suitcase around as the hall doors are heavy and require a keycard to pass through.

Lost power to half of the hotel for the majority of my one night stay. Was not compensated anything for the bad experience.

Staff is polite and respectful; however property could use a little more cleaning as the carpets have stains on them all over.

The rooms are rundown , they did not change the bedsheets , they said they change after 6 days.
Staff were polite, the dinning facilities were acceptable.

They NEVER answer the calls, even though the automated response redirects to the staff, which I found was very inconvenient

DobreSamostatný pobyt
I have stayed in other Premier Inns, and this one could be improved. Staff could be more welcoming at the front desk.
