The hotel is new and clean , what impressed me is the services at the lobby and front desk is awesome , how ever the Chinese restaurant F& B crew might need more training , but they did well for the services recovery , overoll still a A+

I am attending convention at MITEC. Hotel is good. Breakfast - minus marks cause lots of local food esp fried food, chilli food etc. Salad and fruits are good though.

Overall the hotel is new and everything is great. The only downside is the location. Unless you are there to attend trade shows at MITEC which is opposite the hotel, there is nothing much within the vincinity.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Rooms were nicely designed too. The only drawback is the location. It’s a little way out of KL centre and no walkable amenities nearby. And if the Hotel had a spa would be great bonus! Otherwise a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Perfect for families.

What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had bidets with warmed seats. The elevators were fast and very secure too. Parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again.
