I specifically paid for a two level upgrade room as the base level ones looked gloomy. I was shocked to find out that my allocated room did not have any proper windows just some small skylights. Thus it was like sitting in a dungeon peering up at a small patch of sky.

The room was absolutely lovely and such an amazing location. The staff were really helpful and gave us a lot of good suggestions. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here

Stay was amazing! Steps away from old town square. Many sites within walking distance, St. Mary’s Church, clock tower, Rynek Underground Museum, Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and church. Staff was very welcoming offering water or champagne while checking in at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom, larger than most places we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great for walking around the Old Town.

Great location, good quality room. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that, also didn’t eat at the Japanese themed restaurant but would have tried it if we stayed longer. Helpful info on check-in and city map explained. We had an accessible room which meant it was nice and big but the bathroom was a wet-room style and the shower water went onto most of the floor which isn’t very practical. Also no surfaces in the bathroom to put things on, so it had to be the floor which isn’t ideal. No surfaces near mirrors for hair and make-up, again not very practical. Lovely comfy beds with good quality linen. It’s near the main square so there will be noise, but nowhere near as much as some city centres. The lift needs to be activated with your room key which is a bit hit-and-miss, someone told us it was a new system so hopefully this will get sorted soon. Good environmental initiative to give the option to not have your room cleaned every day. The hotel is very clean and smells beautiful in the corridors. Can’t beat the location for walking everywhere, or if you need a tram they are a few mins walk away. The train and bus station is about 15-20 mins walk.

Fantastic location and amenities.

Great central hotel. As hotel is very central, you will get street noise into the early hours and then deliveries and cleaning early morning. The positives outweigh this. Air conditioning not great, room a bit hot.

This hotel has a perfect location in Old Town, the rooms were comfortable and modern, the amenities in the room were very nice including coffee, tea, iron and ironing board, all bathroom necessities except tissue, great lighting, comfortable bed and great shower. I did not interact with any staff. I would stay here again.

Great location, only 30 metres from the square. Great service, friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money.
