Great location. Secure car park, but very narrow spaces. Modern. Amazing breakfast and great view on Reims from the roof top terrace.

Lovely basic hotel but with added special perks such as the champagne bar and the roof terrace! Great location for families as it's an easy walk into town and there is a massive park 5 mins walk away. A perfect base for Bastille Day as you can watch the fireworks from the rooftop terrace!

Very convenient for a stop off the motorway, very quite despite proximity to road, friendly staff, nice breakfast with good vegetarian and vegan options. Very short walk to the centre.

The hotel looks like it is relatively newly built. The extensive breakfast is served upstairs, and guests can sit outside snd enjoy the gardens below. The facility was very clean, also. The staff was given four stars not 5 because there was a large group of deaf guests staying in the hotel when I was there, but the person at the front desk couldn’t communicate with them effectively because she knew no sign language. I acknowledge that’s a pretty specific skill set, but surely hotel management could have hired a sign language specialist temporarily for a couple days to ensure the group was taken care of.

Great hotel! Really well positioned for the Congress Centre and the city. A short walk along pleasant paths and over the bridge took less than 5 minutes. The breakfast selection was excellent and the views of the cathedral were an added bonus! The hotel gym was great. A good variety of cardio and weight options and always quiet when I was there. My room was fabulous. The kitchenette included a microwave, full size fridge and sink which were very useful. The bed was very comfortable. I travelled alone for business as a single female and felt that this hotel was a really good choice.
