A very pleasant stay. Good location. Friendly, efficient staff. Room was clean and spacious. Cleaning scheduled every 3 days, although towels replaced daily if requested. Aircon was set for the whole hotel, so not adjustable in your room. The temperature was ok, but I found it a little warm when in bed and couldn't open the window to let any cool air in either. Overall though, good value and recommended.

Clean room adequate for triple and space for 3 mid size luggage. Good price and location is good. Onsite paid parking. Walking distance to tram stop and warehouse shopping/restaurants area and some other attractions. Free coffee and other drinks at lounge which opens fr 3pm onwards.

Great location with easy access to major sightseeing spots. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options such as fresh seafood, noodle soup, traditional Japanese breakfast dishes, and some Western-style meals as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was nice. Clean and comfortable. The hotel was a tall building and easy to see from afar with its glowing light sign. Pleasantly boogie inside. Did not get to partake in breakfast. You had to pay ahead of time or something? I don't really know. We just hit up the morning market by the station instead, which I highly recommend.

The room was big, with a nice view, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly. Loved the free drinks in the foyer.
