We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful on our arrival. Our room was very well appointed, clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. This hotel is just a 6 to 10 minute walk to St. Vincent‘s Hospital which was our reason for booking, and we were extremely happy with our choice. We would most definitely stay again

Staff were extremely professional. Room was excellent although shower controls were hard to adjust - very tight. . Good buffet breakfast and appreciated the $10 off voucher for prebooking but cost of breakfast wasn’t clearly advertised. Reasonably priced due to Expedia discount. Would stay again.

The stay exceeded expectations. We stayed as a family in a one bedroom and a two bedroom room. Loved the spacious two bedroom. Kitchenette was very useful. Room was clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable. Can’t fault the stay . Enjoyed the gym and indoor pool and spa. Close proximity to the city. Lovely stay highly recommend.

Loved our stay beautiful hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful food and drink were top rate room was excellent great location. Pillows and bed were a little hard highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are lovely. Location is brilliant and very walkable to everything. Our studio room had an amazing view and the room was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay here again - my new favourite hotel in Melbourne!

We had a lovely stay - clean sheets and towels, clean bed and toilet. Breakfast was good, staff were all helpful. Fully equipped room. Bathroom supplies were fully stocked. Loved the pool and spa. The hotel was overall was very aesthetic. Preserved heritage building facade and very modern inside, I only didnt like that the sofa in our lounge room has candy sprinkles, like left off by previous guest and housekeeping should have seen this. The smoke detector was covered with plastic as well which staff removed for us.

Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, probably the best hotel gym I’ve been to and a stunning facility. Restaurant food was really good and well priced, menu wasn’t huge, but didn’t need to be either. One of my favourites hotel stays, wholeheartedly recommended.

Stayed for a couple nights, booked a King bedroom. Clean, modern room but a bit small with an unusual bathroom layout. No mirror in front of sink, so had to use the portable vanity mirror to see while brushing or flossing. The front desk was all very helpful and friendly. Located across a park, just outside Melbourne CBD, so it felt spacious leaving the hotel. Also very close to trams and transit, though we didn’t use because we mostly walked to everything.
