Great location, but I didn’t get the room that I paid for…

The receptionist was amazing such a great person 1000/10. Excellent

Room was mostly clean on a cursory look but trash in the bathroom hadn’t been taken out, the bedside tables still had clear plastic tags on them as well as a layer of dust. Upon entering the property there are large rubbish bins which seemed to be shared with the restaurant next door which absolutely stank at least two of the days we were there. Check in instructions stated that reception was level 2 but was actually on level 1. Also at 11 pm each night the restaurant staff finish and make a bit of noise tidying up and leaving for the night. Beyond that the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and gave excellent advice and tips. The air conditioning was elite. This location was excellent and walkable to the big attractions. Location was very handy to the train station.

Our room was very basic but did have two different rooms for my child. Mattresses and pillows in Rome are different than ours and that was an adjustment. The elevator was out of order several times, and 5 flights of stairs is a lot for me. I would stay here again due to price and location.

It was a solid hotel near everything. The elevator was really small so just make sure to plan for that. But walkable to the Trevi fountain, colosseum, Spanish steps, and pantheon.

En general bien, los pisos tiemblan un poco cuando caminas, es una propiedad antigua, el ascensor es bastante pequeño. El personal amable.

This was not a hotel. It was a room in an old apartment building. The elevator did not work and we had to take our suitcase down the stairs ourselves.No fridge ,no iron just a kettle. Room was clean but it had a bare minimum. A double bed. A small closet with three hangers. An unfunctional safe deposit box. The air condition remote did not work and we had to pull the plug to turn it off. There were no shampoo or hair conditioner. Just a body wash which we did not use. The hand soap was diluted with water. They cleaned the room once but did not change the towels.We paid about $300 Canadian dollar /night which was too much for the quality they provided.It was a total rip off to us.
