Family of 4 adults visiting Beijing for the first time. Needed two rooms, so I wanted something slightly cheaper but still good. This hotel is buried behind other buildings, making it hard to find. It was basically walkable to the Forbidden City and nearby malls for dining. No breakfast served here, which was a downer. WiFi was slow and spotty. While it’s not bad by any means, for a family of 4 vacationing in Beijing for 3 days, I wish we’d picked something closer to dining options with breakfast onsite.

Location is ideal as it is near shopping area with a lot of dining options, 5 minutes walk to metro station, room is clean, cosy and there is quite a fair bit of space.

The hotel is in a very convenient location whereby it is near a metro station and shopping area, with lots of food options as well.
When we checked out, it was drizzling and the receptionist directed the taxi to the hotel and sheltered us with an umbrella to the taxi, exceptional service.
One of the dryers does not seem to work well as I had my clothes in the dryers for more than 6 hours and the clothes were still very wet.

Run down hotel walking distance to Forbidden City. Restaurant closed, no breakfast. Nice cafe and bar as of 10.00 am.

Hitel had said Staff speak english, hiwever not a single person did. No signage, no room service menu or hiw to use TV in english. Was not told wifi password or advised if restuarant et . Good location though and staff were friendly even if comms was a strugle
