Not as was in the photographs. BF - not as expected Room- small room vs price + BF serviced at room but no place to eat. View - photography in the ad is the lobby but not the rooms!

The location of The Whitewater is excellent, right across from the beach and walking trails along the coast. The staff was good and helped with a great dinner recommendation and reservation. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, great bathroom. However no AC and only small window for ventilation. When we pulled up to the property, we noticed plastic tarps on the roof in several places. Leaks? From the outside, most hotels along the strip look pretty much the same so I’m not sure about the big price difference. Other hotels were about 2/3’s less. Breakfast in morning was brought to our door and had excellent coffee and fresh oj. Pastries not great. Nice hotel, but for the price I expected a bit more.
