This is a lovely quiet hotel, the pool is a oasis in the centre. Staff were professional, kind and accommodating. Shops and restaurants all within walkable distance. Highly recommended for a quiet, comfortable and secure stay.

Beautiful property, new, clean, as advertised. Well situated too. Quality of the food in the hotel restaurant has a lot of room for improvement but then again, Merida offers spectacular options, you should not be eating at any hotel.

Clean room, great vibe, friendly staff. Not that great in the restaurant service, took too long and some items on the menu where missing. The rooms are great!

The grounds of this hotel are immaculate. The room, the food, the attention to detail and service. We had the best massage at the spa, and the staff went above and beyond the standard of accommodations for everything we needed. Will be staying here anytime we're in Merida!

Beautiful hotel that is luxurious and peaceful. Rooms are great, bed super comfortable, pool area is very relaxing (although doesn’t get much sun) and staff are friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again if ever in Merida.

Too far a walk to city center 20 minutes . Surrounding area are not good. Very limited parking. Felt unsafe walking back to the hotel after dark
