This is a charming guesthouse in a very walkable location, near the Dover Castle, numerous pubs and restaurants. Alex the owner is super helpful and gracious. The kitchen was well-stocked with many breakfast items and there were a few good cafes nearby for a nice latte or flat white. Upon our departure, Alex arranged a taxi to take us to the cruise port which was very helpful. The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a lot of personality. If I find myself in Dover again, I will gladly stay at this property again!

Very welcoming and helpful. Self serve breakfast was great with so many options. Easy walk from train station and to the Market Square. Very clean and accommodating should you need early or late baggage storage. Staff will assist with scheduling transport to cruise terminal. Highly recommend. Fabulous stay. Near historic White Horse Salon and St. James Church. Can’t praise enough.

Very centrally located so you can walk to everything. Alex was a wonderful host and so kind. He provided a lot of good information about where to go. Would definitely stay again.

Alex was a very accommodating and helpful host. The house is beautifully renovated. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies for a continental breakfast. The location is close to Dover Castle and about 1/2 mile to the cliffs.

Wow! We stayed in the Clementine Room with a king bed. Alex was there to meet us and how us around. The room was vary spacious and comfortable. Everything you can think of was available in the room. The shared kitchen was very well stocked with tea, coffee, fruit and breads. The onsite parking was definitely appreciated. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and Dover Castle. The only thing we would change is that we would next time stay longer. One night was not enough to enjoy this beautiful property. Thanks Alex, we appreciated everything. Brett and Pauline
