Sketchy and noisy neighborhood. This is not an hotel, it is an hostal. Elevator barely fits 2 people with 4 luggage, and door closes fast. Front door doesn’t have a ramp for large baggage. Smells funny, and you can hear all noise from the outside street and from the hall. I was able to find a better option in a better neighborhood for almost the same price.

The place had everything needed for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t have found it sufficient for a longer stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although the room was smaller than how it had seemed in the pictures. I wasn’t able to sleep very well as there was a waste collection right outside the window at 6.30am, it was very loud and woke me up even with earplugs in. The room was also quite dark, even though there was a window, I had to keep the lights on at daytime. The kitchenette only had a sink, a kettle and a microwave, but there were no cups, dishes or cutlery. The bathroom and showers were clean and had all amenities needed. There is a small lobby with the kitchenette attached to the side, but no other hostel communal space. There’s a self check in and check out system. I wasn’t sure what to do as I was arriving, and I happened to see a staff member who was just leaving and was able to help me, but this was the only member of staff I saw during the time I was there. The location was perfect for exploring Osaka, close to a station and an easy walking distance to central locations! Overall it was sufficient for a one night stay.

Exceeded expectations. Access to the property was very easy. Convenience stores 2-min walk, with larger shops and trains not much further. Room was very small but not too tight. Shower and laundry facilities very clean.

Me and my partner both really enjoyed this stay. Had everything we needed. Rooms and amenities were clean and well kept. Convenient location. The only down side was the bed was quite hard and only one small pillow. Other than that, great stay!

Room was decent. The toilet on the floor I stayed would benefit with a lock as people could walk in without realising it was in use. There is a urinal with a sink as you first enter this is not lockable then a separate toilet area which is lockable. At times I found people outside unable to enter as it was out of hours for staff. This happened a number of times and must have been frustrating for those customers. There are instructions written in Japanese and English but after a long journey its not the best welcome. The only other thing is they do not change the bedding unless requested and i think (i could be wrong) but only after 5 days. I went at a time it was a heatwave. And had to ask for additional towels during my stay which should be complimentary. After 3 fresh towels you have to pay. Overall I would go back it was in a decent location, clean and a reasonable price.however this was my first time in Japan and I'm not sure how other hotels compare.

Laundry worked good and air conditioning worked good, only thing we didn’t like was the sheet covers having stains as well as pillow cases, in the men bathrooms there was an adult toy was left there for a week it was odd that it wasn’t cleaned overall experience 2/5. My gf also saw men going into the women bathrooms and showers as well, couple would shower together in the women showers while other females were showering ( I feel like that’s not safe for many reasons ) they can do better honestly.

Clean and convenient, a good place to stay. Close to metro and train stations.

If you look past the prison vibe and the slightly dubious neighbourhood, it's actually alright and very good value for money. The single rooms are very small with barely space to stand. The showers are very good. Value for money is excellent but don't expect much luxury, good if you're planning on being out all day and just sleeping here.
