Efficient checked in/out by front desk staff. Overall, all staff were very helpful. The location with easy access to the skywalk to get to shopping malls and BTS was excellent. Daily breakfast spread was great! Lots of options. We had two rooms, one of which was an assessible room which was not as convenient as we expected it to be. The tap and the shower were on opposite ends of the bathroom which made it difficult for someone with mobility issue to turn on/off. This was the only downside to our wonderful stay.

Located besides Big C supermarket and opposite Central World. I walked from the hotel to Platinum Mall, Pratunam and Siam Paragon. I saved money and time on transport. It is so convenient. The soundproofing in this room is excellent. I wish there are more storage space in the room. There are many hooks, one luggage rack and one small table and 1 bedside table.

Room is comfortable enough for one. The room is really compact so lots of luggage would be a tight squeeze. Perfect location however. Good service by the staff, quick, efficient, friendly and responsive. Chaotic lobby but I guess that is the appeal but I hated it.

Room is too small for 4 pax which includes a loft bed. Limited walking space after putting down luggages. Suspect bedsheets not cleaned, woke up in the middle of the night scratching. Suggest if there is any event hosted at level 9, shift the pool table or other gaming elsewhere so that travellers can still enjoy the facilities.

Very nice hotel.The location is covenient for shopping at BigC, Pratunam, Central World, Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery and MBK..SIAM BTS and Ratchamadri are close by..As a toursist who loves shopping I am very impressed with the location..Will be heading back on my next trip..Just to add the staff are very friendly

Hotel staffs are very friendly and approachable. Requests are meet efficiency fast. Unfortunately, the standard room is small. The bathroom should have a permanent shower curtain which need to be below the kerb to prevent water from splashing out to wet the floor and it dangerous becos wet floor is slippery. Overall , the hotel is good to stay in.

Fantastic location and service from the staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and always smiling . Been staying here since the day they opened. They have improved alot since the opening. Only quirk is the bathroom tends to be humid and always difficult to dry towels . Even when I hanged my towels outside the bathroom it’s usually not dry the next day. Good thing is the room cleaning staff are always very good in with their work next day
