DobreBýval u priateľov
The computer system had crashed and we were unable to check in for over 2 hours.
The in- house rules meant we could not leave luggage in secure place and we had no access to the room because of the above.
The lack of secure luggage store is a weakness which needs addressing ( as well as a hard copy version of the room allocations which would allow reception to check guests in).....
Bad experience for our last night in Edinburgh - a pity.

Terrible experience. Avoid if you don’t want your things to be stolen. The whole staff need to be changed over. Dangerous if you are vulnerable.
