Rooms were very clean and had a great shower. Loved the cookies they gave us when we arrived. Excellent food at the buffet, best food we ate in Thailand

The only good thing about the hotel is near to BTS. The rests would be considered as negative. There were road works/ constructions going on beside the hotel and roads full of traffics which this not only in the day but up to mid-night hours. The glass door of balcony and windows are not soundproof, and the noises of road work & traffics are too loud and this affects rest/ sleep throughout my stay. Not recommended in due consideration of the noise issues.

Room is clean. Location is good near BTS. BUT......make sure to keep room and all in good condition. They changed us 400 baht for a dirty towel that wasn't our fault and can't reason with them. That is bad. If it was our fault, we would be glad to pay for it...but they won't listen to our explanation. So we got charged for something we did not do. Management should be improved on this to keep customers coming back. Samran Hotel on the same road few hundred meters away is older but have excellent customers courtesy and service.

Very cute, remodeled hotel. I enjoyed the one that I stayed here. My only complaint is that it’s right next to the highway and my room was facing it so it was somewhat loud.
