Fantastic retreat in the middle of the city, a slice of peaceful beauty after the bustle of the busy streets. Staff were amazingly helpful and facilities were great. So handy for all the sights, walking distance from the train station and the sights.

Cute place on a sidestreet not far from tram stop. Actual name is not on the door so that was a bit confusing but street number is clearly marked. Turns out this boarding house is attached to a convention and run by the nuns. Loved hearing them sing in their chapel in the morning. Staffing of the front desk is somewhat sporadic but they come when you ring bell. 12 - 15 min walk to the major sites. Room was really nice with beautiful window looking into the back garden. My only complaint is that on our last morning at 7am the elevator was turned off and it was a real pain to schlepp our bags down 2flights of stairs - took away 1 star due to this.

The room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in you could eat of the floor it was that clean.
Air conditioning worked well and bed very comfortable.
The lift helped being on the 2nd floor
We had breakfast and was a good price and adequate.
Local to the train and tram for transport also few

We really enjoyed our two separate nights at ADSA. Location is fantastic for walking around all parts of Florence. The sisters are super friendly and helpful. The courtyard is a splendid place to relax, or contemplate, when taking a break from the city. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere, and the luggage storage room was very handy on our last day. Highly recommend ADSA for a comfortable and convenient stay in Florence.

This was a good hotel, especially for how close it was to all of the major sites in Florence, and as well as for how inexpensive it was. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall great stay.
The room was spacious, had a nice view of the garden and a/c which is great for the warmer months. Good location within a walking distance to.a main station and shops were located nearby.
Would recommend staying here!
