Convenient, room was not bad

One of the rooms the door wouldn't close and lock; all of the rooms had mold in the bathrooms, they weren't clean. It was unsafe and unsanitary. We had to move our employee's to another facility. We will never be staying at this hotel again and we are in construction and have a project in Tahoe. So we will have our crews out there till the end of the year.

The staff was very nice, the front desk lady is so very kind and polite. Had a minor issue checking in and the front desk lady, was very helpful and understanding and very accommodating to help me. Very polite and happy and lovely attitude :) Had great recommendations of things to do around there :) The room was lovely, we booked a one king bedroom (2ppl). The room was very big and spacious, nice and very clean. The mattress was actually very comfortable, no dents, nor smells, they actually smelled very clean. No weird smells, and no smell of smoke or cigarettes at all , not in the room nor outside. Would love to stay here again :)

The bathroom was horrible, literally mold on the tiles on the tub floor. The faucet handles for the shower were just barely working and they were just two knobs out of a broken tile holes! The walls are paper thin so you could others in the next door rooms using the bathrooms disgusting. The room itself was old work out carpet with furniture not fit for donation.

1 night stay and chosen for proximity to Lake Tahoe South area following a long drive from our previous destination. Nice welcome and we had a great room, very spacious, fridge and microwave. Good bed and pillows and free parking so it suited our purpose and we enjoyed our brief stay. Staff very helpful and a great location to explore the South Lake area

When I got there I went in to my room both of the beds had a lot of stain and the pillows had hair on them but the staff were very nice and they helped us a lot and they helped us get a new room so when I was inside the room it was better than the last room also the elevation lodge was close to everywhere.

The Hotel manager was not in the office till 4:00 P. M. for check in. Office was closed! After 7 or 8 in the evening the office was closed. We had a water drain issue and it took the manager 40 minutes to get back to the hotel.

We stayed in Room 28 (7/2–7/5/26). Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room smelled damp and musty, and the carpet was already wet when we arrived. The shower flooded every time we used it, leaving inches of standing water on the bathroom floor and leaking into the carpet. We reported it that night and were told maintenance would check it the next day, but no one ever came, and our room was never serviced during our stay. The room was also not clean—we found a half-empty SunnyD bottle, a water bottle under the bed, and used press-on nails beside the bed. We didn’t have enough towels, and after asking for more because of the flooding, we were told there weren’t any available. We ended up drying off with hand towels and bath mats. Our room was also missing window screens, and the lights flickered whenever they were turned on. The only positive was the woman working the front desk. She was kind and clearly doing the best she could, but she appeared to be working alone and didn’t have the resources to address the issues. Lake Tahoe is beautiful, but the condition of the room and lack of maintenance made this a very disappointing stay.

The facility was okay
