Excellent place to stay if working in Walsall Jay the manager is a great guy, with excellent communication. Place has a microwave in room and fully equipped kitchen downstairs “ communal” Spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay here again Room spotless Bed super comfy Fridge a plus in room Great manager a extra Thanks Jay

I really like staying here and it's possibly my third time. They have changed the wi-fi though and was unable to catch my phone to let me access my TV apps. Otherwise and amazing, quite places to stay.

Chose this property as it wasn’t far from the motorway to split up a long journey. Was absolutely fine for what we needed it for, with food outlets nearby to grab something to eat for dinner and for breakfast the next morning. Was the first time I have experienced a faceless stay, but it worked fine. Parking was full and being used by work vans, so just had to park on the street nearby.

Jay and the team are excellent,very smooth experience on check in,rooms are superb as is the shower,i stay for business and can't ask for a better place to get my head down.

Lovely stay here, good sized room, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, also had 2 bottles of water and a pack of biscuits in the room which had its own fridge and microwave plus there's a full sized kitchen with washer and dryer on the ground floor. Good sized bathroom and shower. There's a small courtyard out the back with picnic bench for outside private eating or a few drinks. Parking was ok with spaces either side of the building and I slept very well in a very comfortable bed.

No reception or staff to greet you which was not an issue, I was emailed and messaged clear details of how to enter the property and my room. Car park at the side of the property was available and free to use. Spacious room and en suite. Room had a slight musty smell, difficult to have window open as near a busy room. When shut it is however quiet. Would I book again, yes.

Quite difficult to park as there were 4 large vans there before me every night. Simple to park on the road, though.
