Great central location in Cascais! There was some traffic noise outside, but the rooms were perfectly soundproofed. The rooms were lovely and very clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast buffet was lovely, with both indoor and a nice outdoor seating area. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice and everything is good taken care off, but we were not informed that the check in needed to be early and the person helping seemed to be in a bad mood, did not smiled at all and didn’t seem to like customer care.

Really nice place to stay, really confusing check-in protocol, including instructing me to use an app that doesn't work and emaills with check-in links that produced "Unknown Error" web pages. Staff was warm and friendly, super helpful once I arrived, breakfast was very pleasant, balcony was wonderful, internet was super fast.

Property is perfect and parking is a bonus. Large room with balcony and spotlessly clean. However much confusion when we arrived as we had not received the pre check in instructions with entry codes etc. it was pure luck that someone was on site to help us. However this was more to do with Expedia than the property? Would book direct with them next time

The hotel is situated in a real Spanish neighborhood atmosphere, providing an authentic cultural experience. It is close to stores, bakeries, and a shopping mall. It has easy access to buses and trains. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with recommendations and directions.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke English perfectly. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast served was excellent. The area around the hotel is very pleasant as well and has a lot of amenities. I highly recommend this hotel
