Nice decor inside… classic European feel in common areas and stairways.
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff during all (morning, afternoon, and evening) shifts!!! That included physically helping with bags but also helping with suggestions for things to do in the area (and what might not be worth the time).
The breakfast options that we tried were delicious!! (Mango avocado toast with side of eggs, and egg, cheese, and bacon on toast). They also weren’t sticklers for every detail (my wife wanted a couple of eggs on the side of the avocado mango toast for some protein and they wouldn’t take any extra cash for it… when they say breakfast is included, they mean it and want to make you happy.
The pool is too small for laps but perfect for a dip and little swim around. You can watch breakfast in the pool area if you tell them.
Great experience!

I cannot recommend this place enough and if I'm ever back in Chiang Mai, this will be my first choice!

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We have some problem with the hot water and they are very quick to rectify the problem.
Hotel is also very Instagramable. However, the room size is a bit on the small.
