Personnel chaleureux, serviable et attentionné. Emplacement de l’hébergement exceptionnel avec rare vue sur la place. Absence de climatisation. J’y ai passé une nuit avec mon fils de 10 ans et nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Wonderful location, good breakfast. There is no working Air conditioner in the rooms cause they don’t want to update what they have!
The building is old obviously with no update. My room window had a view of some kind of building facility equipment! I was really displeased. Also the room is so basic.

Very clean room. Very nice view. Staff are helpful. Fridge not modern but keeps water and beer very cold. What else do you need it for?! lol. I recommend staying here. In the middle of everything.

Right in the centre of all the action. Amazing location with access to restaurants and shops. Not far from the train station either. Very accommodating staff and daily breakfast was excellent!

Such a wonderful place to stay in such an historic location. The staff was so helpful and the room overlooking the square was exactly the right feel for a lifetime experience. Everything was walkable and we were delighted.

You will not find a hotel with better view than this!!! You literally are staying in GRAND PLACE!!! But, even better that the incredible view is the staff; Said our hostess went out and about to make sure our stay there was delightful.

This hotel is in a fabulous location in the Grand Place with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms facing the square are huge, signs of faded grandeur. From the windows you can watch all the activities in the square by day and by night when it is all brightly lit.
Breakfast is a short walk across the square.
Although there is a lift people with accessibility problems will find the steep steps up to the entrance difficult.
