This place is INCREDIBLE, and if I could give it more stars I would. It's a bit confusing at first because we have never stayed at a property that required a shuttle to pick us up, but once you hop into Peppone's cute little van for the ride up to the property, you'll understand why. It's the most fun and crazy car ride you may ever experience, on Roman cobblestone roads hundreds of years old, with walls on both sides, and you could reach out the window and touch the walls at any point. The property is immaculate, and Peppone is the friendliest, most respectful, most helpful servant-hearted person you may ever meet. There is nothing he won't do to make your stay there unforgettable. The pool is so cute, and the outdoor kitchen setup there is amazing. He has drinks available and will prepare them for you any time, at prices that you won't believe, basically the same cost as buying them from the store. Peppone made and served us a wonderful poolside lasagna and wine meal by the pool one evening when we were exhausted from wallking the streets of Sorrento, and it was delightful. The room was spotless and was cleaned daily. The snacks and drinks were a wonderful unexpected bonus, and the espresso maker in our room and the one outside ensured we always had easy access to our caffeine fix. The room had a variety of pastries, and the fridge had juice boxes and water waiting for us each day. STAY HERE! You will LOVE IT!!!!

It smelled so good I would bottle it and take home.a pool .a hot tub and a private sitting area . the lemon and orange trees and the views were wonderful .the shuttle drive was short and easy.we also booked our tours to Capri and amafi also

They double booked our room so we had to stay in a lower quality room than what we reserved. They did not give notice of this change. Communication is poor until you get there. We came from Canada and had high expectations for eterea but we were sadly let down.
