I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Shortly after eating breakfast at the hotel, I developed severe vomiting and diarrhea and had to spend almost the entire day in the emergency department at the American Hospital of Paris receiving IV fluids and treatment. While I cannot say with certainty what caused it, the symptoms began immediately after the hotel breakfast, and it completely ruined part of our trip. What disappointed me even more was the hotel’s response. The staff said they would follow up and take care of the situation, but we never received any meaningful assistance or communication afterward. It felt like the issue was simply ignored. Another downside was that the bathroom had a noticeable sewage/drain odor, which made the room less pleasant. The only positive was the view, which was nice. However, considering the overall experience, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it.

The room was very clean We paid for an upgrade and had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower Watching it light up at night was a special treat. The entire staff was awesome But a special shout out to Jeff at the front desk

Great location. Disappointed in our room location, paid extra for a deluxe room it was on the first floor overlooking a roof and a large tree blocked the view of the Eiffel Tower. There was a big stain on the carpet (room 117). The hotel staff are all lovely, the breakfast is very nice. But I wouldn’t stay there again

As a first time tourist to France, this was an excellent location. Minutes to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. We walked to the Arc de Triumph, easy ride to the Louvre and Le Marais and Notre-Dame Dame, and Versailles. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast, and having dinner once is alright, but we did room service for Bastille Day fireworks. The view from the balcony is a very good view of the fireworks despite that they put us in the second floor and I requested a higher floor months ahead. It’s truly more of a partial view rather than full, but I don’t think that you can better. I would highly recommend it for anyone traveling for the first time. It is quite a busy hotel which is its biggest negative, and no pool or spa, but I didn’t even go to the 24/7 gym.
