Chambres très bruyantes, rooftop ok sans plus. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Déçu de cet hôtel connaissant la gamme Movenpick. Je conseille sans hésiter le Radisson Gauthier à 10min à pied, à des années lumières du Movenpick.

The hotel was in a business district with no restaurants in easy walling distance. There is a nice park about 5 blocks away. The breakfast was very good and took care of most of my calorie requirements for the day. I took tours from the hotel and usually ate when on tour.

Wrote a review on google as well as your check-in review so will not repeat. In a nutshell this hotel is 3 stars at best. Do not recommend if u r looking for a 5 star experience. Set your expectations for a 3 star hotel if u have actual experienced 5 stars

Spa was closed, some staff were ok some I found rude, the maid cleaned the room very well but the room was very run down, tired and old

At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest satisfaction. I will come back again.

Breakfast is exceptional. Vast variety. Very fresh. Rooms comfortable and good size. Staff extremely helpful especially Marwa with customer relations and Mohammed at the reception. For Muslim travelers need to verify qibla prayer direction which was inaccurate in the room. Nevertheless, highly recommended
