Wonderful stay! The staff were all very respectful and welcoming and felt proud to be working there. The rooms were lovely and the onsens were so varied and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the food was cooked with care. Overall, a great experience in a fantastic location for sightseeing and with some delicious places to eat nearby (and of course conbini :).

Everything about our stay was excellent. The service was great, rooms were roomy and clean, food was delicious, and the public bath experience was more than we could have asked for. We also enjoyed the area around the resort.

Pod priemerom Room is like a motel. Small bathroom sink. Hotel staff tells you incorrect information regarding hours and onsen usage. Had issue where they couldn’t see my purchased buffet. Hotel staff told me it’s not their problem and urged me to leave them. Onsen was good, but not amazing. Just stay at a cheap motel and use the day pass onsen for 2250 yen.

The room was wonderful, and the Onsen was the best: huge with epic views. Our kids loved the indoor pool and slide, and the buffet breakfast was a real treat. One of our favorite places we’ve visited in Japan!

The hotel and room are very clean. The outdoor onsen hot springs are fantastic! The location is excellent to go to the Main Street and trails. Overall we were pretty enjoy the staying!

This hotel was a short walk from the bus station which made it very convenient. The hotel itself was a great place to stay. We loved everything about it. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We had the dinner buffet two nights in a row because the food was so good. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area.
