The hotel is well located, the rooms are small but the bed comfortable. The onsen was nice, but not as well appointed and modern as in other hotels of this range. The major weakness is the staff - so unhelpful, even with translation apps, they are not proactive or solution-oriented. And this is not a language barrier issue, they could not assist in any way, shape or form with booking a private car for an event outside the city or to book a round of golf, providing we had done our preliminary research. Really disappointing.

Samostatný pobyt

The hotel was in a very nice location with easy access to the subway line. The lobby was good and the staff was helpful. The room was a little cramped with not enough place to move around and keep luggage. There were not enough electrical outles. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern.

Great location. A bit higher priced but that’s probably close to normal for the area.

Nice hotel and room, but no “river view”, both sides are truly “city view” unless you stand on the bed and look down to a narrow canal. Probably better view from suites’ balconies. Could not try restaurant, reservations only, can’t reserve because it’s full. So we stayed in the lounge, restaurant stayed at least 60% empty. Sadly.
