This was our first time to Napa and I guess I was expecting something different. The outdoor space was much smaller than represented by photos. The hotel is conveniently located next to a busy main road into Napa, but it doesn't offer much for peace and quiet when sitting outside. The breakfast offered very little protein options (boiled egg and yogurt), but at least served fresh fruit. The room was clean enough. On-site parking was free. Bed was comfortable. There isn't much to do within walking distance, so make sure to have transportation.

The Napa Winery Inn is fantastic. Super clean, affordable and a great location. We usually stay in Yountville, but it has become so expensive, especially when we are only in the room to sleep. The staff was very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The hallway on the third floor smelt musty like old dirty water. The elevator stopping work the first day and didn't work our whole stay. Didn't offer to move us down to first floor even though I have medical issues with my back and knees or even offer to help bring down our luggage. They also only clean the room every other day, so our two day stay we never got clean towels.

The staff were very helpful and professional, so kind to resolve our concerns. Also they give us wineries recommendations. We definitely decided to return to this hotel because is only 10 minutes away from Napa downtown and easy to access to the winery testing. Special thanks to Taylor and Jeffry. We highly recommend this hotel
