The room was clean and hygiene and there was daily room cleaning service. A mini fridge, iron, kettle and toileteries were available except for basic cutleries. The room is on the 2nd floor and a lift is available. Laundry service, supermarkets, restaurants and the train station is close by. I took the train to the Vatican City and walked some 30 mins to the Colosseum. It is in a safe locality however, the room is not equiped with noise cancellation device so you will hear noise coming from the road.

Stay was nice and location perfect for us. Didn’t expect to have to pay an extra tax for the room. Not happy about that but otherwise great stay!!

The bed was not clean; I found hair on the pillow and the bed cover. The smell in the bathroom was unpleasant, and the AC (heating) did not work on the first night

The property was conveniently located near the train station but the surrounding area was dirty and potentially unsafe. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to drop our bags off in our room before it was ready.

The room is quite spacious and reasonably clean. You only get one pillow per person-they were flat pathetic pillows-an expectation of two pillows per person is not unreasonable. The shower base also fills up with water within a minute of showering. - this needs to be fixed!!!!
The owner/manager communicated well with us and was quite friendly.The lift is small and a bit
scary however it does wor.

Amzing service.... rooms were very clean and Luca met us for check in to show us how the lockbox works. The cleaner and the building maintenace guy is also very nice and friendly.

It’s very close to station.
Check in was virtual, I had to share my ID over WhatsApp. Room was clean and spacious.
