Our AC did not work. I reached out to the host via WhatsApp and on Hotels.com messaging platform. It was 27 degrees delicious and didn’t budge. There were error codes on the thermostat. No one ever got back to me unfortunately:(

It was in good location easy to access to tourist attractions. Although the street noise could penetrate to the room a bit overall It was a happy stay. If you are lucky to have a room on the other side of the building it could be be better.

Didn’t seem very clean, location was ok but weird that it’s part of an office building.

Stay overall was good. Newer bathroom which was nice. Although toilet seat was very loose. Main room floor could have been cleaner. Also, new paint would be a very easy inexpensive way to make room better.

Pod priemerom
I had two different experiences: 1) I wanted to reduce my seven day stay to a six day stay before the date for a full refund. I reached out four times and hotels.com reached out two times and they ignored us every time. I was stuck with a $500 room night that I didn't need. Very manipulative. 2) The room was clean, spacious and in a great location.
